I couldn’t remember who my customer was, but this was probably the first time a friend had asked me to create software for myself. I didn’t even know what it was for, but I knew HEX, OCT, DEC, BIN. So I made myself a HEX editor. I didn’t realize this wasn’t available online back then. Those who use IDEs, whether Android Studio, XCode, VS, or even SublimeText, must be familiar with hex-editors.

Too bad, this was 2002, and I was not in the United States yet to market my software.
