You could have screensavers, but wallpapers didn’t change on Windows XP/7. As someone who grew up reading comics and watching anime, I wanted my Desktop to cycle through my favorite wallpapers. So, I created this software and let it run in the background. Ta-dang... I could see my wallpaper change daily without opening the annoying Windows Control Panel.
